Swan Walk car park is situated off Albion Way and there are 900 spaces. The car park is open 24 hours a day. Charges apply between 8am to 6pm Monday to Sunday.
Swan Walk car park is a pay on foot car park. Pay Machines are located on Level 1, 2, 3of the car park and opposite Wilkos. Please note there are no machines located in Swan Walk Shopping Centre. If you are parked on Level 4 you will need to visit and pay machine on another level before exiting the car park.

There are designated disabled parking bays situated on level 2 of the car park. Parent and Baby marked car parking bays are located on the third floor Swan Walk car park.

Working with Swan Walk – information for promoters and mall retailers
Swan Walk is a family friendly centre and we seek quality products and services that will be popular with and suitable for our customers.
If you are interested in promoting or taking mall retail space, please let us have as much information as possible about your business, what you are offering to our customers and how you would like to go about working with us, including timescales. In return, we will give you feedback and support and let you know which spaces are most suitable and the costs involved.
You will need to provide your own kiosk or promotional equipment. To support your application please send us some images of your product, your branding and any additional equipment you would like to bring to the centre.

Once a booking has been accepted and processed we will need a full risk assessment and evidence of your public liability insurance covering £5 million, relevant licences to trade and compliance documents in line with fire regulations. If you are a food operator you will need to provide food hygiene training evidence for you and your staff for our records.
Swan Walk is located within the beautiful historic market town Horsham. As well as offering visitors lovely surroundings the town boasts a growing range of fantastic restaurants including the popular Bills Cafe and Côte.
