The centre is well signposted, however we have published a pdf shopping map that you can print out and take with you to make getting around easier.
Facilities
Toilets and Baby Change
Toilets are located on the ground floor of the Swan Walk car park, near Bhs.
Wheelchair Access
We aim to ensure that the centre is accessible to everyone especially for those with mobility difficulties, for more information click on 'disabled access'.
There are designated disabled parking bays situated on Level 2 of the Swan Walk Car Park.

Parent and Baby
Car Parking - Parent and Baby marked car parking bays on 3rd floor Swan Walk car park (columns/area painted red for easy recognition). Baby Change - Baby Change, Toilet and Feeding facilities available at Swan Walk Main Toilet Area Bhs, Boots, Marks & Spencer. Lost Children - Swan Walk is a Child Safe Zone, offering free wristbands to all parents shopping in the centre. The Scheme works to compliment the lost child procedures already in place, ensuring a speedy reunion between children and parents.
